This is first time I have written a guide/report. I have always enjoyed writing and with the wonderful world of the internet I thought I'd share some inside secrets into a lucrati and relatively unknown market niche.

A little bit about myself, don’t worry, I’m making it short and it has something to do with the actual report.
Incentive Marketing:
I started out in the end of 2005, built my first IM(internet marketing) site. The idea was basically this – I offer adsense sites to the users and install them to their hostingaccount – ONLY if they signed up for hosting under my affiliate link. This idea struck me – The user benefits – he gets something for free ( the sites and installation) and obviously needs hosting for that item, I win – I make a cool $100 commission per signup, the hosting company wins – they get a customer for life. It’s a win-win-win situation.
I bet you have come across MANY such sitesbynow –well,actually I quit that technique because there were a LOT of copycats overusing the technique that got the hosting provider worried. Was that successful? Heck yeah! I made 5 sales the first day of launching an adwords campaign for the site. That translates into $500 in commission for $80 spent on adwords and yahoo.
I got very excited and started using content network and got more clicks and more sales – then the relatively new technique got picked up among webmasters and a ton of similar sites came up. When I quit after 2 months I had made around $4000 in profits. After my big initial success with this method of offering ‘Incentives’ for user to sign up for my affiliates – I never try to re-invent things. This works and I started thinking “outside the box” as I tried many products, affiliates, etc. and achieved relative success.
Now that you know what an Incentive is and how it works, I’m sure you will come up with a ton of ideas to monetize this.
How I did it – technically?
That was the tough part. I needed the visitor to email his receipt to me then I wouldcheck with the merchant for a sign-up and then delivered him the product. I tried automating this process, but failed due to my poor PHP knowledge.
The downside of manually sending products/fulfilling services is that the user needs something instantly and loses motivation to wait for someone to fill the order after verifyg.

So what is the ‘Technique’ actually?
You asked for it – here it is – ‘TrialPay’. Trialpay is a payment processor just like paypal or clickbank that processes orders and automatically delivers the product to the user on completion of the transaction.
The best part is – The visitor doesn’t have to pay money or use his credit card details to complete the order!
He needs to choose from any of the available free offersand then he gets the product – how cool is that? It’s basically a payment processor and an incentive affiliate network built into one.
Advantages:
The single biggestadvantage I can think of is conversion. The conversion rate will be excellent as the user gets the product for free (or will cost him a little if he chooses a paid offer).
The next thing is it cuts out the requirement of finding offers from affiliate networks which accepts incentives (many do not), getting approval from the affiliate manager for running the incentive site, etc.
TrialPay is international – so a visitor from UK will see UK only offers and you need notworry about geo-targeting.
Here’s a scenario:
I have a ‘dog recipes’ website where I provide users with a collection of dog recipe ebooks.
John Doe finds my website searching foraproduct;he is surprised to find that I offer the product for free. He clicks the ‘TrialPay’ button at my sales page and lands on the TrialPay processing page where he can choose between any offer or offers that appeals to him (there are a lot of free and paid offers) he completes an offer and TrialPay instantly delivers him the ebook!
It means no more verifying the signups, sending product or filling services manually. Trialpay does all of that.

Details can kill your web business. And I'm not talking about details killing your business from the standpoint of being careless about them. While it's true that being careless can hurt your business, everybody knows that (even if they don't always put it into practice).

The way I'm talking about that details can kill your business is if you focus too much on them.

Say what?

How on earth can focusing too much on details hurt your business?

Ever tried to walk on a railroad track?

When I was a kid, my aunt and uncle had a house right next to a railroad track. My uncle once challenged me to walk on the track without falling off.

Hey, it's not like walking a tightrope. That track was as wide as my feet. Should be no problem. So I started walking it, carefully watching my feet with each step to make sure I stayed on the track. But I couldn't get more than a couple of steps before I'd lose my balance and fall off.

My uncle taught me that the only way to walk that track successfully was to look at a point a ways down the track - not down at my feet. By setting a goal and focusing on it, I could walk on that track as easily as if I was walking right on the ground. It was only when I focused on my feet that I tripped up.

It works that way with business, too. Our natural reaction is to put all our attention into "watching our feet" as we deal with this short-term detail and that. But when we do that, we "fall off the track" of where we wanted to go.

Now, I'm not saying that we should ignore the details of our business as we gaze wistfully toward our vision of the knock-out business we dream of building. You never get anywhere without taking step after step after step to reach your goal. But you never get anywhere, either, if all you look at is the present step.

The point in the distance that you need to focus on is the need your audience has and the solution you have that will fill it. It requires you to understand your audience - who they are and what they need and what concerns stand in the way of them choosing your solution.

It's way too easy for us to focus on details, namely, on the latest traffic building tips or tools, the latest bells and whistles we can add to our site. Details are usually driven by facts, and facts are something we feel we can learn and control. Understanding the people who make up our pool of potential customers is a lot more scary. It requires us to step outside ourselves into the hearts and minds of other people.

Given the choice between dealing with predictable facts and details or dealing with unpredictable human nature, most of us will jump at dealing with facts any time.

But that just gets us stuck staring at our own feet as our feet inexplicably slip off the track. The only way to stay on track is by looking toward your ultimate goal: you helping people solve some problem in return for them repaying you fairly for the time and effort you put into it.

That's really the most simple definition of what business is. The details are not your business. The facts and the tips and the tools are not your business either. They're merely the steps you take to get to that point in the distance. And the more you take that to heart, the more easily you'll stay on the track toward your goal.
